Hey everyone,

It’s been a while since I’ve been out climbing regularly, so I thought I’d put together a relaxed day to hang out, get outdoors, and spend some time on the ropes again.

The idea is simple — a peaceful, fun day learning and practicing canyon-style rope skills in a safe environment. We’ll be ascending and descending trees, learning knots, rope handling, self-sufficiency skills, and just enjoying the outdoors together.

This is for two reasons:

  1. To share knowledge and equipment so we can all build confidence and skills for canyoning and rope work.
  2. To help me get my own fitness and climbing rhythm back again.

No experience is needed. Beginners are welcome.

You do not need to bring any equipment at all — I have everything needed for the day. If you already have your own gear and want to use it, feel free to bring it along.

Just bring:

  • Water
  • Lunch/snacks
  • Comfortable clothes
  • A good attitude

There is no cost.

Only important thing: if you have any medical concerns or conditions, please use your own judgement and check with your doctor if needed, as I’m definitely not a doctor.

Mostly this is just about good people, fresh air, learning cool skills, and getting back out there again.
