Tracy will explore the challenge of driving change in an organisation, and how we help impacted managers and staff to cope with/embrace change. Presenting research from her book 'Change Stories', we'll explore the areas of,
- What change management is. (It's important to revisit definitions);
- Why change gets derailed and what are the early warning signs;
- Keys to success in managing change; and
- Characteristics of the best change managers.

A bit more about our speaker:
Dr Tracy Stanley is a Social Scientist with twenty-five years’ experience in change management, knowledge transfer, innovation, organisational development and employee engagement in international companies, corporatised bodies and government agencies. Tracy specialises in business partnering, change impact analysis, stakeholder identification and engagement, targeted communication and skills development planning, program tracking and reporting, internal consulting team development and workshop design and facilitation. Tracy has successfully implemented large scale and complex projects impacting on behaviours, processes and systems.
In 2020 she published her book of Change Stories: Success and Failure in Changing organisations. To write the book, she interviewed 24 change experts, general managers, project managers, HR managers and scrum masters who’d worked across a range of industries on a diversity of change projects revealing a depth of insights. Their stories make this book a fascinating and useful resource for all change managers.
