Family Constellation is a gentle, experiential healing approach that invites you to ask:
What unseen stories, loyalties, or wounds might you be carrying from those who came before you?
What patterns keep repeating in your emotions, relationships, and life - and whose pain might they belong to?
By listening to the deeper movements of your family system across generations, you begin to see, feel, and soften what has quietly shaped you, creating space for healing and change.
Through this process, you may:

• Feel a deeper sense of belonging
• Release inherited burdens that aren't yours to carry

By honoring those who came before you and releasing what was never yours, you may find greater peace, freedom, and the ability to live your own life - grounded, supported, and more fully yourself.
No experience is needed - only curiosity and an open heart.

ChrisTina Maestas- Simek is a Native New Mexican, A Mom, Grandmother She is a Family Constillation Facilitator, Certified Death Doula/ Home Funeral Guide, a Certified Life Cycle Celebrant, Facilitator, and an Intuitive teacher.
ChrisTina, is a Life long student of life ,who’s greatest learning has come from “ Life Experience” as she walks alongside the multitudes she has learned from and served during life’s rites of Passage and transitional phases.
