The Energy Reset Series offers six unique classes designed to help you release emotional weight, find inner peace, and restore balance. Each session includes guided meditation and practical metaphysical tools you can use daily.

• SEPTEMBER- Anchor in the Storm – Staying grounded through life’s changes
• OCTOBER- Nurturing the Mother Within – Healing support for postpartum journeys
• NOVEMBER- Sacred Passage: Journey through Grief – Gentle guidance through loss
• DECEMBER (Canceled due to weather)- Breaking the Chains Within – Releasing what no longer serves you
• JANUARY (Rescheduled)- Breaking the Chains Within – Releasing what no longer serves you and break the chains of addiction
• FEBRUARY- The Inner Dawn – Finding light in times of darkness & depression
• MARCH- Paws in the Stars – Honoring and healing after the loss of a pet
