Had one too many servings of mashed potatoes? Join us bright and early to burn off those Thanksgiving calories, enjoy the crisp morning air, and kick off the weekend feeling light, refreshed, and just a little smug about that second slice of pie.

Arrival Time: 7:00 AM
We’ll meet by the portable potties near the trailhead and wait about 5-8 minutes before starting our hike. Peters Canyon offers rolling hills, scenic lake views, and peaceful trails that make for a perfect morning workout and friendly chat.

Parking: You can park in the lot or along the street if it’s full (no fees), but come 10 minutes early because space is limited.

### Hike Details (All Levels Welcome)
Duration/Distance/Elevation: 1.5-2 hours, 5-7 miles and gain 500ft-1000ft
This hike welcomes all paces, from slow and steady walkers to fast and experienced hikers. Please note this is a group workout, not a guided hike, so there is no official leader or sweeper.
If you are new to hiking or prefer a slower pace, you can turn around and head back to the trailhead at any time. We will begin on the Eucalyptus Trail, head uphill (optional detour to the lake), and then loop back to where we started.

Punctuality Matters: Please arrive by 7:00 AM; we’ll wait about 5-8 minutes before starting the hike.
What to Bring: Water, sunscreen, a hat, hiking shoes, a light jacket and what you need to keep warm, etc...
Game Plan: We’ll finish around 9:00 AM, depending on group pace.
