Training walk for multi day events

This isn't for everyone, but if you can walk constantly at a pace of 4.5kph+ for 14k+. And have a sense of adventure this may be for you.
Have you wondered what it would be like to do a multi day walk? well let's practice on the Bibbulmun Track! This is a training walk designed to give people confidence to get out there and follow a path😊.
It's an early start, in the dark for the first 30min.
But if you can be motivated to do this you will be rewarded with the joy of listening to the forest coming to life and watching the sun break through the canopy, How joy that !
My goal is to empower people to be confident to follow the path, go to huts and eventually do multi day walks !
Once you understand the pattern and are confident in following the markers ( Waugels ) I'd you all to practice leading. But again you need to be fit enough to sustain a constant pace of 4.5 kph+ to participate in the walk and take the lead !
