About the Speakers

💡Simona Bonghez, Ph.D. is an author and international speaker, and Managing Partner of Colors in Projects, a training and consulting company based in Romania (www.colorsinprojects.ro).

With extensive experience in Agile Transformation projects, Simona is specialized in facilitating interactive and practical agile workshops, supporting companies in embracing new ways of working and managing projects. She is a strong advocate of experiential learning and use of game-based design in education.

Simona’s extensive experience of over 20 years in Project Management combined with her over 15 years of experience in adult education is a personal advantage. She transposes real-world challenges into the courses she teaches within the master programs at university.

On a global level, Simona is Vice Chair Board of Directors - of the Project Management Institute - Global Accreditation Center.

She holds a doctorate in sociology and is passionate about learning through simulation and role-playing games. Simona is also an accredited trainer in SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory) and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.

💡Bogdan Mureșan began his IT journey back in 1998, evolving from a passionate developer into a leader of teams, departments, and entire R&D centers. After over a decade of building tech products, he discovered a new calling: developing the next generation of leaders.

With 25+ years of industry experience, Bogdan combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and a natural gift for storytelling.

He’s a frequent speaker at conferences, a mentor for students and young entrepreneurs, and has been an Agile trainer & Coach for more than 8 years.

He also co-hosts the Agile Retrospectives podcast, where he shares lessons learned, real-world Agile insights, and practical tools for continuous improvement.
