Women Seeking Connection in 2025-Make New Friendships Group

This group is about connection not only to our community and others but also to ourselves, part of this group is also about finding that connection through Meditation and Well-being. Many Women here have expressed a desire to want to learn Meditation, my aim is to host group classes and more in the future. My focus is to bring Women together to form friendships and enjoy outings but also to find the best part of ourselves, and to help relieve stress and tension by connecting to the peaceful place within us. Please join me on a meditative morning at Bunyaville Conservation Park where will meet for a quiet morning of reflection, meditation, and enjoy being still and at peace. There will be light group discussion after the meditation to discuss current stressors in our lives, and we will learn breathing techniques to help us through these moments. I will guide you and teach you meditation techniques and take you through a beautiful, guided meditation to help you unwind and relax.

This event will be kept to five women only to keep the space personal and sacred. There is a fee for this event of $25 which is less than what you would pay for a class with a Trained and Accredited Holistic Counsellor and Meditation Teacher. I graduated from the Australian School of Holistic Counselling with Honours in 2021. The fee is payable by cash on the day. A light morning tea of biscuits will be served.

Please note: This is not a counselling session where you would experience a one-on-one private session with a therapist, this is a group community class.

Please bring a water bottle, a hat, a blanket to sit on or a fold up chair and wear comfortable clothing.

As this event has previously and unfortunately been cancelled due to unforeseen weather events, if on this next scheduled day, it appears that the weather will be overcast or raining, unfortunately it will be postponed again. The weather is unpredictable and cannot be controlled.

Hi Ladies,

This event has now been rescheduled and being held as it was previously at the Everton Park Hotel at 101 Flockton Street, Everton Park on Sunday the 25th May at 12.00pm.

The Everton Park Hotel has undergone a big refurbishment and has a bistro outdoor area, playground and an inside dining area. We will be dining inside in the restaurant.

I have already made the reservation in advance for the 25th May at 12.15pm to avoid missing out on getting a table, so I have 12 spots same as last time I posted this event, we had a group of 12 ladies so I hope you can all come again!

The food is pretty good, and the venue makes for a good day out with friends.

Come a long and enjoy some company and meet some new friends.

We will meet at 12.00pm for a 12.15pm luncheon. Just pay for your own meal and drinks up at the Counter.

Please meet at the front foyer area.

A gold coin donation is appreciated for organising this event. There is plenty of parking at the front of the Hotel.
