Balancing our lives can at times be really overwhelming which puts stress on our nervous systems and bodies. This can create frustration, mental and physical exhaustion. Especially if you have a pre-existing stress disorder or suffer with PTSD, everything is more magnified and overwhelming. There are many moments in our lives where we need to stop and relax. It is no wonder we at times feel stressed and overwhelmed. Life is a constant balance of so many things, work, children, social activities, home, community, volunteering, looking after our health, relationships, caring for our elders, finances and finding time for recreation and hobbies. We all need to make more time for rest, relaxation and finding moments to breathe, to be present and still which helps us to release a sense of relief. This workshop will walk you through what Meditation is, and the different types of Meditations and Breathwork to help release stress, anxiety and PTSD. This workshop will give you holistic tools that you can implement into your everyday life to help overcome the stressors that we all feel when we have too much on our plates and are needing to find peace in our lives.

I will end the workshop with a beautiful, guided meditation and hand out sheets.

This is a paid workshop, $35 for two hours with many tools to take home where you can continue to help yourself. This is a self-help workshop run by me, an accredited Holistic Counsellor & Meditation Teacher.
This community price is based on three or more participants; this workshop can also be done privately at a higher fee at my Counselling space onsite at my residence.

The group workshop will be held at Teralba Parkland either under a shady willow tree or near a trickling creek bed along the Kedron Brook Creek if it has been raining the night before it is wonderful, we will learn to breathe with intention. We will meet at the Teralba Parkland Restrooms at 9.45am for a 10am start.

Please bring a hat, fold up chair and a water bottle.
