Fall Down & Get Back Up Again - Resilience, Failure & Fear
Details
Failure and fear are two of the most important elements for understanding your relationship with confidence. The ability to reframe failure as feedback and leverage fear as a sign to look at what is really going on rather than a signal to stop or decline opportunities provides a strong foundation to lean into the actions and decisions that can be described as ‘Acts of Confidence’. And while we often do everything to prevent failure, the reality is that if you are really stepping outside your comfort zone then it’s not a matter of if you will fail, but when. And when you fail, having the resilience strategies to bounce back and learn from it gives you the ability to move forward even when things are challenging.
In this session we will show you how to reframe your relationship with fear and failure and leverage confidence and resilience to create the career and life you deserve. Having worked with hundreds of women just like you – we know that a fixed mindset may keep you safe ... but it will also keep you playing small.
