We offer the following programs to support the renewal and restoration of our minds.
Thursday Evening Meditation at 7:15 PM
A weekly gathering focused on meditation-based practices to restore your original nature through sitting meditation, chanting, and gentle yoga. It’s a space to pause from the busy pace of daily life and reconnect with inner stillness.
Sunday Meditation & Dharma Circle at 10:30 AM
An engaging program centered on applying core Buddhist teachings to everyday life. We focus on Dharma talks and Dharma conversations to support clarity, resilience, and meaningful living. Occasionally, guest speakers and community mindfulness activities are included.
Our meeting is highly recommended to those of you who want to change the functioning of your mind in difficult situations.

Thursday Evening Meditation
Won Buddhism of LA, 401 Shatto Pl , #200, Los Angeles, CA, USTimeless, Placeless Meditation in LA is led by Yeowon, a Won-Buddhist minister dedicated to teaching meditation and mindfulness practice as a way to cultivate peace in everyday life.
The meeting is on every Thursday 7:15pm for Yoga, Chanting, Meditation, and journaling for about an hour and a half. We sometimes invite guest speakers and do some other indoor and outdoor mindfulness activities too. Our meeting is highly recommended to those of you who want to change the functioning of your mind in difficult situations.
