New to volleyball or haven’t played since school? This league is made for you.

Join the Xoso Sport & Social League’s Co-Ed Beginner Indoor Volleyball League in Rocklin on Friday nights for a fun, supportive way to learn the game and play with others at a similar level.

This league is focused on fundamentals, confidence, and getting real game experience without feeling overwhelmed. You’ll find a welcoming group of players who are learning together, cheering each other on, and improving week by week in a relaxed but organized environment.
