Join me for a peaceful meditation session, starting with a short guided practice (5-10 minutes) to help you settle in and ground, followed by silent meditation to deepen your experience 🪷

This is a welcoming space for everyone 🙂 - whether you are just beginning your meditation journey or you have been practicing for years.
It’s a chance to unwind, connect with the present moment, and share in the calm and peace of the group.
