Join us under the evening sky for a powerful 90-minute healing experience blending rhythm, fire medicine, and ancient restorative therapy.
As the sun sets, we gather around the fire to ground, connect, and awaken the body through drum, breath, and intentional release. This is a space to let go of what no longer serves and step forward feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
The fire becomes our witness.
The drum becomes our heartbeat.
The circle becomes our support.

### Guided Drumming Meditation with Danielle
Danielle will lead a grounding and heart-opening drumming meditation designed to guide you inward before moving into collective rhythm. Through breath, visualization, and steady beats, you’ll be invited to:
• Meet your inner guidance
• Bring forward what’s ready to be released
• Drum with intention and embodied presence
• Anchor into clarity and strength
No drumming experience is necessary. Extra drums will be available, or bring your own.

### Moxa Mini-Sessions with Olya
During our gathering, Olya will offer gentle Moxa mini-sessions—a traditional heat-based therapy rooted in Eastern medicine. Moxibustion uses the warming properties of mugwort to:
• Support circulation
• Encourage energetic flow
• Ease tension and stagnation
• Restore balance in the body
These short sessions are deeply calming and grounding, adding another layer of healing to your evening experience.
