In these outdoor sessions you can expect a fun, dynamic and energetic group fitness class. Each class is challenging but adaptable and delivered to suit all levels so you can be inspired by and learn from one another.

Within one hour we will work on:
- Building strength
- Developing cardiovascular capacity
- Boosting energy levels
- Building mental and physical resilience
- Improving mobility
- Learning functional skills

I am passionate about helping people to move well and feel well.
In these sessions we will combine my expertise of fitness with your knowledge of your own body to create a safe space for you to learn, grow and leave feeling energised.
