Muy buenas amig@s os espero el próximo sábado día 19 para hacer una ruta entre la Llagosta y Mongat. La ruta no es circular y consta de unos 18km. Con un desnivel de 500m. Pasaremos por la ermita de Sant Cebrià Cabanyes y el poblado Ibérico del turo de les Maleses. Durante el trayecto pararemos para comer. La ruta es exigente, así que se requiere buena condición fisica. Iremos en transporte publico Renfe línea R2n. El coste es 1€ para mantenimiento del grupo.

Importante:

• El trayecto son 18 km y 500 m de desnivel.

• Buena condición física.

• Calzado y ropa cómoda para caminar.

• Botella de agua con un litro y medio.

• Frutos secos, comida.

• Coste por mantenimiento 1€.

• En caso de sufrir un percance el organizador no se hace responsable de los daños físicos y materiales. Cada uno debe valorar si necesita contratar un seguro de cobertura.

Dear friends, I'm hoping to see you next Saturday, the 19th, for a hike between Llagosta and Mongat. The route is not circular and is approximately 18 km long, with a 500 m elevation gain.
