Salwater Sisters Sea dip

Join us next Wednesday 9am for a coldwater dip. Together, we walk down to the beach, check-in with each other, do some breathwork and enter the sea together. Followed by a hot drink/snack (I provide) and some gentle movement and reflections.

Carvajal Beach - Benalmadena/Fuengirola.

Come as you are. Simply bring a towel and something warm to wear afterwards.
