Hello again, very, very late this month. I've been doing a tone of things, and forgot to do this earlier.

Enough with the apologies, this month we are going to talk about RefineryCMS (http://refinerycms.com/) a Rails based open source project, described in the homepage as "... perfect for creating custom content manageable websites. We use "The Rails Way" where possible so you have to learn as little as possible to get started!".
