Leverage your own API using swagger

The API one exposes to the world is usually very well-defined. In fact, it has to be since by definition it needs to be understood and integrated by external developers that know nothing about the company's business logic. But this knowledge is usually discarded and never put in use internally.

In this presentation we will see, with a real-world example, how we can leverage that knowledge by building not only tests but also business logic on top of an API specification. More specifically, we will look at how we can build a custom authorisation system for an akka-http based API by instrumenting its swagger specification and how we can achieve a granularity that goes down to each individual key of the json responses.
