Join us in the Horizon Room at Quiora Waikiki for an intimate Nikka Distillery Dinner featuring Naohiko “Kuma” Kumagai, Brand Ambassador and Regional Manager of Nikka Distillery. This guided evening highlights the heritage and craftsmanship of one of Japan’s most celebrated whisky producers through a thoughtfully paired four-course dinner.
The experience begins with a 6:00pm welcome reception and cocktail, followed by a seated dinner at 6:30pm featuring three savory courses and one dessert paired thoughtfully with creative cocktails and pure versions of Nikka distillery's iconic whiskies.
$155 per guest, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Advance prepayment with a 20% service charge is required. We thank you for no substitutions. Total cost is $186. Reservations are made through OpenTable

FIRST COURSE
Duck Salad - House-smoked duck breast with Kahumana greens, Ho Farms cherry tomatoes, Japanese cucumber, radish, roasted beets, and raspberry - balsamic vinaigrette. Northern Orchard featuring Nikka Coffey Gin with apple, yuzu, and raspberry flavors inspired by the nature of Northern Japan. *available in a retail set
SECOND COURSE
Mushroom Pasta - Housemade campanelle with Small Kine Farm local mushrooms. Umami Old Fashioned featuring Nikka Whisky From The Barrel and housemade mushroom bitters. *available in a retail set
THIRD COURSE
Beef Cheeks - Crispy peewee potatoes, fried Brussels sprouts, pickled red cabbage, and gremolata. A trio tasting of Nikka whiskies: Taketsuru Pure Malt, Miyagikyo Single Malt, and Yoichi Single Malt.
DESSERT
Chef Jared’s Favorites - A celebration of Chef Jared’s two favorite indulgences: Nikka whisky and sweets. An exploration of chocolate paired with Nikka Days Blended Whisky
