[Medellín] Alistair Cockburn - El Corazón de la Agilidad (Heart of Agile)

Aprovechando su visita a Colombia, Alistair Cockburn (uno de los firmantes del Agile Manifesto en 2001, autor de varios libros de cabecera y creador del HeartOfAgile.com) quiere compartir una tardenoche en comunidad. Será el jueves 21 de noviembre a las 6:30pm, en Medellín.

Citamos este evento para conversar alrededor de los conceptos del corazón (Colabora, Entrega, Reflexiona y Mejora) y su vasta experiencia por todo el mundo.

Alistair dará una charla introductoria y luego estará contestando preguntas y contando historias sobre situaciones que ha venido observando.

The Heart of Agile is a way of simplifying agile to 4 words: Collaborate, Deliver, Reflect, Improve. That's all you need. That takes you back to the roots of agile, and also brings you into 2019. In this talk with movie clips and music, Alistair will highlight how and why the heart of agile is written in the way it is, and how it expands to modern practices.

After his talk, Alistair will answer questions by telling stories of situations he has seen. This is a more entertaining, and usually a more illustrative way of answering questions. Bring along questions at any level, and see what happens.

Biography:

Alistair Cockburn helped write the Manifesto for Agile Software Development in 2001. He also helped write its extension, the Declaration of Inter-Dependence, in 2005. He is known for his work on methodology design, use cases, object-oriented programming, and agile development.
