Format:

1. Brief intro.
2. Namo tassa chant 3x in Pali: “Namo tassa bhagavato arahato samma sambuddhassa” ….. (Pali phrase that translates to "Homage to Him, Blessed One, Arahant, truly and completely Awakened One." It is a Buddhist chant that is repeated three times to take refuge in the Triple Gem (which is the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha.
