Apache Mesos is an open source cluster manager and scheduler used by some of the biggest IT companies (Twitter, eBay, Apple). We will present an overview over Mesos features and architecture, and will cover how Mesos is related with Docker and how you can use both technologies to build a PaaS architecture.

Javier Cortejoso and Unai Arríen work as DevOps in Stratio, a company that aims to help companies in the digital revolution. They both hold a degree in Telecommunication Engineering. During their professional experience they have specialized in Big Data Architectures, distributed systems and software deployment technologies and patterns.
