What is Gravity X?
It is a collection of body weight techniques and body movements that we have collected over years to develop one´s muscular form while burning unwanted weight in a safe and healthy way.

What kind of class is this???
Body weight training, Calisthenics, Cardio, Boxing (on request) and our own custom techniques

At what level do you need to be?
Any. We give special attention to each and everyones capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses:
We all have to start somewhere. We have all levels so do not be nervous.

My goal is to provide a life style change. Not only in fitness but also by building confidence, mental strength, and an overall self-awarding feeling of accomplishment. How do we help you achieve this you ask? By conditioning your body with several methods that only we do. A mix of functional pattern, body weight, calisthenics, cardio, pilates, boxing, and custom mixed martial arts techniques also used randomly during training. Our goal is to not only help you lose weight, but lose unwanted weight and build muscle while developing a great amount of stamina and resistance. This is conservative muscle building not body building, so this caters to both men and women with all shapes, sizes, strengths and weaknesses. We give dietary advice if needed or wanted, supplement advice, while helping you reach your goal. We help you be consistent in incorporating this type of healthy lifestyle with hard work and dedication within you.

Helping others reach their goal physically, when they aren’t happy with their current self is what I achieve. There is always room for improvement in all of us. I push to whatever limits I find in each individual. No one is the same, so do not be afraid. I give each and every one the personal attention they deserve to progress both physically and mentally. Don’t be fooled by trainers who cannot handle their own workout routine.

I have been training for more than 20 years now. My training methods and style come from a few different styles of mixed martial arts background and boxing that conditioned my body. I created my own style of training techniques that work. Everything I teach is controlled concentrated precise movements in order to see results quick without any injuries. As I mentioned all my students vary from advanced intense to middle range and beginners. I am here to bring out the best in you, all from your natural potential that may have been hidden for a while. Let me help you bring that potential back out with a huge smile.


He estado entrenando por más de 20 años. Mis métodos de entrenamiento y el estilo vienen de unos estilos diferentes de artes marciales mixtas de fondo y el boxeo que condicionó mi cuerpo. He creado mi propio estilo de técnicas de entrenamiento que funcionan. Todo lo que enseño es controlado concentrado movimientos precisos con el fin de ver resultados rápidos sin ningún tipo de lesiones. Como mencioné todos mis estudiantes varían de avanzado intenso a rango medio y principiantes.
