En su ponencia Javier comentará el proceso de transformación de Nationale Nederlanden, los retos, y aprendizajes que ha encontrado en su camino hasta la fecha.

Chris James
Chief Executive Officer - Scaled Agile Inc.
Chris brings to Scaled Agile more than 20 years of experience in IT training and education, including international expertise supporting IT change and organization development programs.

He has proven leadership in development, deployment and growth of global professional services businesses that build agile IT organization skills and drive rapid program development.

Prior to joining Scaled Agile, Chris was VP of Customer Success for Scaled Agile’s Gold SPCT Partner, Rally Software, where he was responsible for rapid growth of transformation consulting services, Agile University, Customer Success programs, and partner and technical services that further established Rally as a leading provider of agile program solutions.

Previously, Chris was a Vice President at Oracle University, where he lead the successful integration of Sun Learning Services following the acquisition of Sun Microsystems. It was there that he built his skills in analysis of workforce development and training needs related to major change programs and system integration projects. His earlier role at Sun Microsystems was Senior Director and Chief Learning Officer for Americas, and later Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Chris received his undergraduate degree from Bristol University in the UK and his Computer Science degree from the UK’s Open University.

Originally from the UK, Chris is now based in Boulder, Colorado. He is a Fellow of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a Fellow of the UK Royal Society of Arts.

Javier Ferrer
Programme & Change Manager at Nationale Nederlanden Group

Javier is currently part of NN Group International Transformation Office and NN Group Agile Center of Excellence where he supports local Agile CoEs across NN BUs in Europe and Japan in their Agile Transformation journeys.

Prior to his current role Javier was Head of Agile Center of Excellence in Spain acting as Lean Agile Portfolio and Program Manager/RTE and Enterprise Agile Coach. He was the Chapter Lead of Agile Coaches and Product Owners leading Enterprise Agility from a methods perspective with a combination of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and Spotify frameworks.

Previously he was Director of PMO at NN Spain where he led all the company’s change portfolio for many years. Before joining NN he worked at KPMG and UNISYS as management consultant and project manager for many large corporate clients in different sectors.

Javier experience covers over 18 years of experience in portfolio, program and project management using both agile practices and predictive methodologies mainly in insurance, and also in telecommunications, energy, pharma and agribusiness industries in Europe and Latin America.
