🎯 The Product Journey: Why we chose to rebuild rather than iterate, how we validated the new vision with a constrained POC, and why making agent reasoning visible in the UI became critical to user experience.
⚙️ The Technical Deep-Dive: Finding the balance between deterministic and non-deterministic actions, designing agent boundaries, toolsets vs MCPservers, managing context windows, and building guardrails that actually work.
We'll also discuss high-impact bets (A2A, MCP), cross-functional team dynamics, and why speed of learning beats perfection in fast-moving AI spaces.
