This group is for anyone who is interested in getting fitter and stronger while appreciating the beautiful outdoors. It is also perfect for those who want to meet like minded people, expand their social circle and practice their English/Spanish by interacting with different people. The classes are held in Ciutadella park and all abilities are welcome!

Among other things, I will teach you how to use a suspension trainer - which is a brilliant piece of equipment that utilises your body weight to do various different strength building exercises. Every session will be different so you don't get bored and I guarantee you will have fun and see results :)

Stretching is also a big part of my classes as I think it is very important! Therefore there will always be a 15 minute stretching routine at the end of each class. During this time I will also incorporate some yoga positions.

The classes will mostly be held in English but I can translate into Spanish if you prefer!

Each class is 6 euros. But please come and try the first class for FREE!

About Me

Hi I'm Lucy, an English teacher and fitness fanatic! My fitness journey begun in 2013 when I decided to run my first half marathon. Since then I haven't stopped exploring different ways to improve my health and fitness and to strengthen my body and mind. Right now I am really into strength training and yoga and I have decided to turn my hobby into my profession. I have recently begun to study a course in personal training and prior to this have self taught myself as well as learning many things from taking various classes including one to one sessions with my personal trainer best friend.

During the past month I have been holding classes in the park for some of my friends and friends of friends and have received very positive feedback. That's why I am starting this groups so I can share my expertise and passion with even more people. I love to help people get fit, feel good and realise the benefits of exercise. For me, there is no better thing than being outdoors and working out and sharing this experience with like-minded people :)
