DESCRIPTION:
Join Michael Robertson, SPC and RTE, as he shares stories from the trenches. Having served as a Release Train Engineer on a continuously-improving Government ART for almost two years, he has deep insights into what it takes to succeed as a RTE. As Michael will share, there is more to it than implementing a process and he will speak to values such as transparency that are critical to sustainably scale within the Government sector.

PRESENTER:
Michael Robertson has facilitated deep change within the US Army and US Air Force as they pursue the accelerated delivery of critical value to the warfighter sooner. He launched a highly successful Agile Release Train (ART) that proves SAFe can be successfully implemented within a Government program while anchoring it with Lean-Agile values and principles. With a passion for team-building, Michael has facilitated their initial and continued success. As a SPC, he has served a coach, mentor and change leader with a track record of enabling others.
