Lo que hacemos

Following the success of our Tech Ilford events every June, as part of London Technology Week, we continue to run a regular networking club at Redbridge Central Library in the new Lab Central Technology Space and upstairs in the Hub Central Business Space.

Our activities include workshops, training sessions and events. Many of which are free of charge.

Any aspiring and proactive groups or individuals from the many creative and the tech communities are free to come down develop ideas, network, collaborate and share their knowledge/experiences!

Join us to connect with other Tech enthusiasts in the local area and beyond in an informal setting where the only rules are mutual respect, using the numerous resources proactively and enjoying the many tech adventures!!

CodeUp Ilford, adults

Ground Floor Redbridge Central Library

CodeUp Ilford is a mentoring program for adults who would like to learn how to code for free. Twice a month we provide a work space for people with no programming skills to come and learn the basics, with mentors available to answer your questions and help you on your way. Our sessions are also suitable for people with basic skills who need support to develop them, and even for people with intermediate or advanced skills who just want to come along to a space where everyone is immersed in code! We also encourage it to be a self-learning group with learning resources available to help you. Please ensure you bring along your own laptop. We now meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month. We are also looking for mentors, please check our website for details on how to apply. www.redbridge.gov.uk/libraries/volunteer-with-libraries/
