Lo que hacemos
This is a group for anyone interested in training outdoors.
The fitness group is for all levels and we train functional movements in the city at different locations.
The workout intensity and exercises differ each time to keep it exciting. Technique and form are most important, to prevent injuries and work the right muscles. That is why the workouts are set-up with; warm-up, dynamic warm-up, skill set, main set, cool down and stretching.
Every workout lasts an hour and will challenge you time and time again. The city’s infrastructure is our playground. You have to try it out to experience it so come along for a free trial.
Membership is €34,- per month. This fee allows you to participate with all workouts; the swimming sessions in the sea, the running sessions, circuits, beach workouts and discounted Yoga& Nutritional workshops.
