Monday Sunset Yoga + Sound Bath on the Beach
Unwind and reset as the sun melts into the horizon during this grounding Monday evening beach yoga and sound bath experience. This all-levels class blends gentle, intentional movement and breathwork to release the weight of the day and ease you into the week ahead.

As daylight fades, you’ll settle into deep relaxation with a soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and ocean-inspired tones. The rhythm of the waves pairs naturally with healing sound to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and create space for clarity and renewal.
