Yoga Alliance certified instructor from United States. Specializing in beginner friendly series, private instruction, focused progressive goal-oriented series, based in Chamberi/Moncloa area. Offering open classes in Templo de Debod /Retiro Park. Also offering brand new beginners series, spine strengthening, and posture alignment series over 4 week periods, as well as private intensives customized for your specific goals.
Group classes in parks and nature are all donation based. Private instruction and Intensive series will be offered as well for a nominal fee.
