This talk explores how Godot can move beyond playing finished audio and become part of the music and sound creation process. Werner Mendizabal will present open-source tools for procedural synthesis, LV2 and VST3 plugin hosting, and audio plugin development in Godot. The talk concludes with live demos showing music and effects responding dynamically to gameplay.

VelociCode is a month-long, learning-first game jam hosted by ACM San Antonio in partnership with the Greater Gaming Society, built for folks who want a fun reason to ship a game and meet other builders in the SA tech + game dev scene.
