Join us for a track running session at Paddington Rec.
Suitable for all levels of runners but best suited to those regularly running 5k or longer distances.

For those wishing to try out track running and improve their speed, endurance or technique.

Limited numbers.
The session is open to all abilities, bring water, a snack and energy!

And join us for post training coffee

With Sacha Syed: Qualified UK Level 3 sports coach and leader in running fitness. Former academy football coach and currently 1-2-1 and small group coach.
