What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where postures are held for longer periods of time. It targets the deep connective tissues, supports joint health, and invites the nervous system into a state of calm. Yin helps release tension stored deep in the body, quiet the mind, and create space for stillness, reflection, and emotional balance.
