🚶‍♀️‍➡️ Do you want to make new friends or simply need a push to establish a routine to improve your physical condition? Join us for the Cardio Walk that should take place every week weather permitting.

As running is not for everybody health-wise, we need to look for alternatives that would be healthy for us regardless of our age or physical condition. "Walking on an incline involves extra resistance than jogging and will engage your glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves and even your core to maintain good posture. The higher the incline, the more of a strength workout it's going to be." Adding the Santa Barbara stairs to the incline, it is a perfect location to work on our fitness while spending time in a lovely company and seeing all the amazing views Santa Barbara has to offer.

Note: By participating in this event, each attendee acknowledges personal responsibility for their own safety and well-being.

This Cardio Walk is meant for participants to socialise and have a fun time. All participants should take good care to avoid injury and/or potentially dangerous situations.

🚶‍♀️‍➡️ ¿Quieres hacer nuevos amigos o simplemente necesitas un empujón para establecer una rutina y mejorar tu condición física? Únete a la Caminata Cardiovascular, que se realizará todas las semanas si el tiempo lo permite.

Como correr no es para todos, debemos buscar alternativas saludables, independientemente de nuestra edad o condición física. "Caminar en una pendiente implica mayor resistencia que trotar y trabajará los glúteos, cuádriceps, isquiotibiales, pantorrillas e incluso el torso para mantener una buena postura. Cuanto mayor sea la pendiente, mayor será el entrenamiento de fuerza". Al añadir las escaleras de Santa Bárbara a la pendiente, es un lugar perfecto para trabajar nuestra condición física mientras disfrutamos de una agradable compañía y admiramos las impresionantes vistas que Santa Bárbara ofrece.

Esta Caminata Cardiovascular está diseñada para que los participantes socialicen y se diviertan. Todos los participantes deben tener mucho cuidado para evitar lesiones o situaciones potencialmente peligrosas.

Together with Martin Legovich, Alicante Low Cost Fun hosts this open Mic. Entrance is free and you get free popcorn with your drink. Everyone is welcome to take the stage. You can share your poems, spoken words or take the stage as a standup comedian. And of course there is room to jam, whether it's your own music or a cover, the stage is yours.

Junto con Martin Legovich, Alicante Low Cost Fun organiza este micrófono abierto. La entrada es gratuita y las palomitas con la bebida son gratis. Todos son bienvenidos al escenario. Puedes compartir tus poemas, tus palabras o convertirte en un monologuista. Y, por supuesto, hay espacio para improvisar, ya sea con tu propia música o una versión, el escenario es tuyo.
