Welcome!
If you want to reduce anxiety and anger, increase self-confidence and balance your life, if you have experience with yoga, meditation, and healing methods, or if you are an absolute beginner who would like to experience the benefits of yoga and different types of meditation (guided meditation, walking meditation, Conscious Dancing), you are welcome to join our group :)

We are Monika and Mina, and we have dedicated our lives to adding value to the world and we run a variety of unique and empowering programs. We stand for compassion, peacebuilding and unity. We are passionate about engaging in selfless service and promoting a vegan lifestyle, advocating for animal welfare.

Traditional Yoga
At its core, traditional yoga is all about simplicity and being natural. A yogi is natural, that is, he lives in a state in which the body, mind and soul are in unison. This leads to health and equanimity, a state in which one is happy and without anxieties, anger or stress. By practicing yoga, a sincere yoga practitioner becomes fully attuned to his body and its subtle processes, thus calming the mind.

Conscious Dancing
Conscious Dancing is a highly effective guided meditation through free and unstructured dance. It is a powerful alignment technique that awakens the vertical dimension of being, while the participant moves the body freely, keeping the attention within himself. The dance is combined with the occasional use of voice and breathing methods, while the music creates internal responses that support expansion in love and surrender.

Conscious Walking
Reduce anxiety and anger, increase self-confidence and balance your life
Conscious Walking is a dynamic guided meditation that is done while walking. If done correctly, a 30-minute Conscious Walking™ practice is just as effective as a 3-hour meditation.

Meditations
During our events, we use five guided meditations from Mohanji. From emotional release through the 'Power of Purity' meditation, going deep into our hearts through the 'Blossoms of Love' meditation, to the 'Freedom' meditation for children. Meditations focus on gratitude, self-acceptance, self-love, and a sense of inner peace. Practicing them regularly brings greater stability and better mental health. Through the release of negative emotions and accumulated blocks, the meditations bring feelings of calmness and positivity, deep healing and inner cleansing.

Mai-Tri Method
The Mai-Tri Method is a deep cleansing and harmonizing method in which deeply rooted subconscious blockages are removed. During Mai-Tri, the Mai-Tri practitioner connects with the energy of Mohanji and accesses the most subtle layer of our existence (the causal body) where the roots of karmic blockages and painful impressions are stored. This method leads to self-healing and restoration of inner balance at all levels. Mai-Tri can be done individually, in person, or at a distance (remotely).
