BASKETBALL

Join Almas Libres, Spain’s largest women-led urban sports community, for our weekly basketball sessions.

Basketball demands speed, strength, precision, and creativity. Each session focuses on improving ball-handling, shooting, footwork, defense, and overall fitness, giving you the skills and confidence to own the court. We’ll also work on agility, balance, flexibility, and game sense to help you take your play to the next level.

Our sessions are in collaboration with Street Basketball Sants and hosted by our all-female, federated coaching team.

Step into a conversation that matters with Almas Libres, a non-profit organisation leading in a fearless new era of women's leadership in Barcelona.

This November, Conversations for the Curious returns with a special edition, **From the playing Field to the Boardroom,**in collaboration with Dona’t un Impuls, Juno House, and Born Rose. This edition dives into the mindset of modern leadership, how lessons from sport, culture, and technology inspire new ways to lead, create, and connect. It’s a conversation about the shared values that unite performance and purpose: collaboration, courage, and impact.

We’ll celebrate women who are breaking boundaries, turning ambition into action, and transforming values into vision, inspiring a new generation to lead with authenticity, confidence, and purpose.
