Collaging is fun and deeply relaxing - a bit like building with visual LEGO. It’s also a powerful tool for reflection and intention-setting. In this workshop, we’ll explore what supports your wellbeing and make it visible. Through images, color, and texture, you’ll build a collage that captures what nourishes you — something you can return to as a gentle reminder. You’ll create a personal Self-Care Guide based research about burnout prevention and on 15 core needs framework.

Come solo or with others. No experience required — just curiosity. All materials and light, supportive guidance are included.
