Connection + Sound: An Evening of Attunement
We're back for our second event and this time, the theme is attunement .
Can you first notice what's happening inside, tuning to yourself, before extending that awareness outward to others? What becomes possible when we include others in our awareness to create a shared, resonant experience?
We've created this space through the lens of curiosity—a gentle invitation to land, connect, and get to know one another in a natural, playful way, simply by being ourselves.
We'll begin with interactive partner and group exercises to help you feel more present, seen, and connected—guided by Danielle from The-Frequency , a trained Authentic Relating facilitator and sound healer.
This evening will be somatically focused, using not just our words, but also our bodies to connect and relate.
We'll close with a 50 minute vibrational sound bath to rest, reset, and integrate our time together.
