We will meet outside Buenas Migas -Premmia Mercat
I will be in white jacket grey shorts

One hour leg/booty guided workout in English. I will be instructing, while also walking around to each person to give personalized advice. After class we will warm down with a sunset beach walk.

Please bring 10 euro cash for the class,
And if you would like a meal plan set up for you please bring another 30.
