Sunrise Booty Bootcamp

We will meet at Pg. Marítim de la Barceloneta, 17, Ciutat Vella, 08003 Barcelona-

One hour leg/booty guided workout in English. This will be with bands, body weight and military style weights. I will be instructing, while also walking around to each person to give personalized advice. After class we will warm down with a beach walk.
