• The Event is Free to Join (No Fee to G2:18): We do not charge any fee for our matching or organization service.
• Activity Costs: While organization is free, there are costs associated with the activities themselves (e.g., entrance fees, tickets, materials).
• Direct Payment Only: You are responsible for covering your portion of the activity cost directly to the venue or provider. You will not pay any money directly to G2:18.
