Music and Sustainability: Moving the Needle on Ethical Music Listening

While this event itself is free of charge, consumption at the venue is compulsory and very affordable. We appreciate your understanding that our team works voluntarily, but the venue needs to pay rent and bills :)

You probably heard about the latest UN report that we're going to exceed 1.5°C warming, which was the threshold we were NOT supposed to exceed. The report also empasises that now, more than ever - each action has a big role to play and every fraction of a degree changes the outlook dramatically. And we CAN do a lot about it.

In this workshop you will explore:
How has music listening changed over time? Dive into the transformations and find out what is the environmetnal and social impact of the music industry today. Follow along a story of a local DJ collective and find out more about what can be done to make the scene more sustainable. 🎶

🪩BONUS!! Live DJ-ing to relax together, relieve some of the Climate Anxiety and enjoy music sustainably!

🌱Swap Shop🌱: Did you accumulate more (unnecessary) things over summer? Bring them to our SWAP SHOP! We will set up a table of all the items, where you might find something else you like. You get to save money, declutter and help extend the life of products 3-in-1!!! And it's FREE. (No clothing please, but accessories are more than welcome) What a great way to reduce waste!
