Las LIVING! Extatic JAM+ son un espacio artístico donde todas las personas son bienvenidas a explorar el movimiento, la creatividad y la expresión desde el juego, el cuidado y la escucha.

Son un espacio libre de alcohol, humo y sustancias.
Se baila descalzos.
No hay nada “que hacer”.
Todo por descubrir.
Espacio libre de juicios, mandatos y errores.
Las únicas reglas con el cuidado, la escucha y el respeto, personal y colectivo.

El JAM, nace desde un espacio de Contact Improvisación, por lo que para quienes deseen entrar en este lenguaje, se brinda una práctica inicial focalizada para facilitar herramientas esenciales de cuidado, interacción y exploración.

*En la JAM hay zonas con objetos y elementos de libre uso para quienes deseen habitar otros territorios expresivos como escribir, dibujar, leer, cantar entre tantas otras posibilidades.

Puedes traer objetos y elementos con los que te interese explorar o compartir, siempre que respeten el cuidado de las demás y del espacio.

El corazón por detrás es crear un espacio seguro y cuidado para ser, jugar y expresarse con la contención y la validación que nos brinda la grupalidad o familia, como lo sería el “Living” de nuestro hogar.

*****A partir de las 14hs se ofrece un delicioso y nutritivo buffet Vegano sin gluten para quienes deseen reponer energías antes de volver a casa.

HORARIO:
10:45h apertura de puertas, espacio libre para llegada y aterrizaje.
11h a 12:30 Círculo inicial y Clase guiada.
12:30 a 15:30h Jam de danza, juego y expresión con música en vivo
14:30 a 16h Buffet vegano saludable y natural con comidas y bebidas.
15:30h a 16h+ recolección, círculo de cierre y compartir.

The LIVING! Ecstatic JAM+ is an artistic space where everyone is welcome to explore movement, creativity, and expression through play, care, and deep listening.

This is a space free from alcohol, smoke, and substances.
We dance barefoot.
There is nothing “to do.”
Everything is there to be discovered.
A space free of judgment, mandates, and mistakes.
The only rules are care, listening, and respect — personal and collective.
The JAM is rooted in Contact Improvisation, so for those who wish to enter this language, an initial guided practice is offered to provide essential tools for care, interaction, and exploration.
Within the JAM there are areas with objects and elements available for free use, for those who wish to inhabit other expressive territories such as writing, drawing, reading, singing, and many other possibilities.
You may bring objects or elements you’d like to explore or share, as long as they respect others and the space.
At its heart, the intention is to create a safe, caring space to be, play, and express — held and validated by the sense of group, family, or community, just like the “Living Room” of our home.
*****From 14h onwards a delicious and nourishing gluten-free vegan buffet will be available for those who wish to recharge before heading home.
