[MIÉRCOLES 18 @ Cotxeres de Sants] Encuentro Mensual powered by IndieDevDay!

El próximo 18 nos volvemos a encontrar y será un evento especial por diferentes motivos.

Primero y para evitar confusiones, nos veremos un MIÉRCOLES (y no el jueves como era habitual). Por otro lado, será el primero que haremos en colaboración con Centre Cívic Cotxeres-Casinet que nos permitirá vernos en un nuevo espacio, y gracias al patrocinio de IndieDevDay disfrutaremos de tomar algo durante el evento.

IndieDevDay nos contactó buscando de qué manera podían contribuir con la comunidad local así que nos pareció una gran idea juntar esfuerzos para realizar el mejor encuentro mensual posible en Barcelona. ¡Muchas gracias a IndieDevDay y Cotxeres-Casinet por apostar por la comunidad!

El evento tendrá lugar en la Sala d’Actes a Cotxeres de Sants que se accede por la plaça de Bonet i Muixí, 7 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/5Mh2bKYkj3bPMQ7R8), y está situado en una planta superior que se accede a través de escaleras o ascensores.

Este mes tendremos una charla de un gran desarrollador independiente que lleva varios años desarrollando un juego en solitario y después de haber pasado por diferentes fases del proyecto: diseño, prototipado, exploración de arte, buscar financiación... vendrá al encuentro para compartir todo lo aprendido. Somos una comunidad donde los creadores de videojuegos y entusiastas por desarrollarlos nos juntamos para conectar, aprender y divertirnos.

Quedamos de nuevo para repasar qué tal ha ido el último mes, qué hemos aprendido, dónde nos hemos atascado y qué objetivos tenemos para el próximo mes.

Nos presentaremos y luego haremos una ronda de presentaciones para mostrar los proyectos en los que estamos trabajando y compartir nuestras experiencias. Si tienes algún proyecto entre manos es tu momento! Cualquier duda no dudes en contactarme.

Next 18th we will meet again and it will be a special event for different reasons.

First and to avoid confusion, we will meet on a WEDNESDAY (and not on Thursday as usual). On the other hand, it will be the first one in collaboration with Centre Cívic Cotxeres-Casinet that will allow us to meet in a new space, and thanks to the sponsorship of IndieDevDay we will enjoy a drink during the event.

IndieDevDay contacted us looking for a way to contribute to the local community so we thought it was a great idea to join forces to make the best monthly meeting possible in Barcelona, thank you very much to IndieDevDay and Cotxeres-Casinet for supporting the community!

The event will take place in the Sala d'Actes a Cotxeres de Sants which is accessed through plaça de Bonet i Muixí, 7 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/5Mh2bKYkj3bPMQ7R8), and is located on an upper floor that is accessible via stairs or elevators.

This month we will have a talk from a great independent developer who has been developing a game alone for several years and after going through different phases of the project: design, prototyping, art exploration, looking for funding... he will come to the meeting to share everything he has learned.
