What does it really mean to be ND?
Maybe your friend just got diagnosed. Or your partner.
Your child. Your colleague.
Maybe… you’re starting to wonder about yourself.
This is a space to explore all of that — gently, playfully, and together.

✨ This isn’t a lecture.
It’s an experience.
In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll explore neurodivergence through games, reflection, and shared stories — with just the right mix of fun, insight, and emotional safety.
You’ll leave with:

• A clearer idea of what neurodivergence means in real life
• A sense of whether you might identify as gifted, ADHD, autistic or HSP
• The calm, relieving thought: “Oh. I’m not broken. I’m not alone.”
