Esp) El sábado o 24/5 haremos una bonita ruta de SENDERISMO POR COLLSEROLA + UNA INTERESANTE CONEXIÓN CON LA NATURALEZA!! justamente para desconectar del día a dia!!

PLANNING:

IDA: CAMINATA POR BOSQUES DESDE EL PANTÀ DE VALLVIDRERA HASTA EL MIRADOR DELS VOLUNTARIS (TURÓ DE D´EN CORTS).

DESCANSO-ACTIVIDAD "CONEXIÓN CON LA NATURALEZA" con HELEN, especialista en temas de energías, kundalini, etc..
Conectaremos con la naturaleza para reconectar con el entorno natural y experimentar una agradable sensación de armonía, paz y bienestar a través de unas prácticas que nos ayudarán a reducir el estrés!

VUELTA: MISMO CAMINO QUE LA IDA PERO A LA INVERSA.

DIFICULTAD: BAJA-MEDIA
Cada uno se hace responsable de su forma física! Abstenerse personas no habituadas a hacer caminatas por montaña.

DISTANCIA DEL RECORRIDO: 5 Kms (Ida + Vuelta)

TIEMPO TOTAL: Senderismo + actividad: 2,5h (11h-13,30h)

COSTE: 4€, que se dan exactos en monedas al llegar al punto de encuentro a los organizadores.

PUNTO DE ENCUENTRO: Se comunicará por mensaje privado a las personas de la lista de asistentes.

• ROPA y CALZADO APROPIADO PARA CAMINAR POR MONTAÑA!
• AGUA
• TOALLA, ESTERILLA O PAREO PARA EL MOMENTO DE LA ACTIVIDAD DE CONEXIÓN CON LA NATURALEZA

ATENCIÓN: Desapuntarse de la actividad el mismo día supone 1 No Show. El 2º No Show es exclusión directa del grupo. No presentarse estando en lista es directamente expulsión definitiva del grupo.

BREAK-ACTIVITY "CONNECTION WITH NATURE" with HELEN, a specialist in energy, kundalini, etc.
We'll connect with nature to reconnect with the natural environment and experience a pleasant feeling of harmony, peace, and well-being through practices that will help us reduce stress!

BACK: SAME WALK BUT IN REVERSE.

DIFFICULTY: LOW-MEDIUM
Everyone is responsible for their own physical fitness! People unfamiliar with mountain hiking should refrain.

DISTANCE: 5 km (round trip)

TOTAL TIME: Hiking + Activity: 2.5 hours (11:00 a.m.-13:30 p.m.)

COST: 4€, which must be given in coins upon arrival to the organizers.

MEETING POINT: Those on the attendee list will be notified via private message.
