The Art of Connection - Nonviolent Communication (NVC) Intro & Practice Group

This is going to be an introductory workshop with practices based in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) - a simple, powerful and extremely effective tool for improving our communication skills in all our relationships. It was developed over the last 60 years by the American PhD psychologist Marshall Rosenberg.

Some of the topics we will address in this session:
- How to express yourself fully and honestly, while still staying connected to those closest to us
- How to firmly stand for your needs and ask for what you want
- How to connect through conflict
- The power of empathy to manage anger, pain, fear and hurt
- And more!

About the venue:
The event will be held on the rooftop terrace of our apartment. It might get a little colder in the evening, so make sure to bring some warm clothes. In case it rains we will move indoors

About the faciliatator:
Lorenz is a psychologist and certified mediator. He has had over six years and 1,000 hours of training in Nonviolent Communication and mediation with trainers from all over Europe and the world. NVC has completely changed his life, and he is deeply passionate about sharing this way of approaching the world through mediations, workshops, and YouTube videos.
He is convinced that NVC can help create a more compassionate world, that goes beyond extremism, polarization, and war - going towards lasting peace.
