Sunset Beach Yoga in Poblenou (ENG & RUS)

Join us for a peaceful sunset yoga session by the sea 🌅

This class will take place on the beach at Espigó de Bac de Roda (Poblenou) and will be led in English and Russian. It’s a gentle but energizing Hatha-style yoga suitable for all levels, from beginners to regular practitioners.

✨ Expect a mix of breathwork, conscious movement, and deep relaxation.
💬 The class is held in a calm, supportive atmosphere.

💸 Donation-based (suggested 10–15€) — cash or bank transfers accepted
